Abstract
This research is related to the role of job training on employee performance. This type of research is a type of research using a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used in the research is naturalistic. Research data comes from primary data and the data collection process uses interviews. From the research results, it was found that job training has an effect on employee performance, where this training can provide not only individual benefits for employees, but also support the company's growth and progress by producing a more competent, adaptive and qualified workforce. In general, their performance becomes more productive, efficient and effective in carrying out daily tasks. Training helps them handle work with more confidence and face challenges on the job with enhanced skills.
