Abstract
Instagram is a social media that has many users. This large number of users is utilized by business people, including Ibunda.id, which is a trusted mental health counseling company in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the visual content components used on the Ibunda.id Instagram account in forming customer engagement and the extent of customer engagement that Ibunda.id has achieved. This research uses visual communication design theory analysis to dissect and determine the components of the visual content used. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that the Ibunda.id Instagram account has content that can form customer engagement, supported by its visual components which are presented consistently. The level of customer engagement that has been established by Ibunda.id has reached the highest level, namely collaboration.
