Abstract

Risk mitigation of the causes of fire on Conveyor fit using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method in the Daihatsu factory development project in the Cikarang industrial area, Bekasi district, West Java. Based on the background of the problems stated above, the formulation of the problem in this study is "how to mitigate the risk of using Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) as an initial step in efforts to prevent work accidents in Daihatsu factory development projects. The purpose of this study is to determine the mitigation of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) as a first step in efforts to prevent accidents and also fires on the conveyor fit due to work in the Daihatsu factory development project. The type of research that will be studied in this study is qualitative because this research will provide descriptions of the risk assessment in the Daihatsu factory construction project. The research method used is descriptive with an observational approach in which this study makes a systematic, factual and accurate description of work fires at the Daihatsu factory construction project in the Bekasi district industrial area through observation and not carried out on research objects during the study. This study used Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC). The HIRACDC procedure is made based on the type of work that will be carried out, the type of work that is made is a category of work with a high hazard risk. Safe work procedures, by making several regulations, making standard operating procedures (SOP).
