SKENARIO PEMBAYARAN PEKERJAAN OVERLAY HOTMIX AC-WC PADA RUAS JALAN BAROS-SAGARANTEN

The Baros Sagaranten road section is a provincial road that plays an important role in connecting the southern Sukabumi region, namely Sagaranten to the south coast tourist area and its surroundings. Therefore, the condition of the road surface must always be evaluated periodically so that it is comfortable to walk on and lasts a long time. Maintenance of this road includes maintaining, repairing, adding or replacing existing physical forms so that they can be maintained for a long time. In the infrastructure development process, of course, contractors must be involved in the implementation.
The research conducted analyzes the cost of payment to contractors, the analysis tool uses the method of calculating the thickness of the core test results randomly, is a method for calculating fair costs for both contractors and for directors. This is considered important in order to obtain results from a project activity that are accountable and realible. In this study, the authors created a payment scenario for the AC-WC overlay work on the basis of layer thickness data which was previously carried out by random sampling. The research results for the payment value in the scenario according to the contract is Rp. 553,040,000.00. The scenario according to the scenario installed in the field is Rp. 501,336,520.83 and in the percentage scenario if the thickness is > 3mm Rp. 449,345,000.00.
