ANALISIS KERUSAKAN JALAN PADA RUAS JALAN JAMPANG TENGAH-KIARA DUA MENGGUNAKAN METODE BINA MARGA DAN PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX

The increase in development and the economy is one of them influenced by the availability of road infrastructure in this area which has led to an increase in the transportation of goods and services. This has an impact on the level of road service which has decreased, one of which is caused by damage to the pavement. Apart from overloading heavy vehicles, damage also occurred due to poor drainage conditions. Therefore, a study is needed to identify the assessment and handling of road damage on the observation road sections. In this study, two assessments were used, namely the Highway Method and PCI (Pavement Condition Index). Based on the analysis of the Highways method using priority order values, the results of the analysis show that segment 1 has a priority order value of 6, segment 2 has a priority order value of 8, segment 3 has a priority order value of 1, segment 4 has a priority order value of 0, and segment 5 has a priority value of order of priority 4. While the PCI method uses a total PCI value with all segments having an average value of 92.8 with an Excellent rating. Handling road damage based on the PCI method for all road sections must be routinely maintained.
