KAJIAN RISIKO DAN MITIGASI BENCANA DI KAWASAN INDUSTRI (STUDI KASUS : PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI DAERAH SUKABUMI)

A manufacturing company is a type of company that produces finished goods and sells them. To ensure the safety and comfort of employees as well as the products produced by the company must have buildings that meet the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The location of the company which is at the foot of a mountain with a slope of 45o is also close to the Cugenang Fault causing the company area to be prone to landslides and earthquakes. This study aims to analyze building construction to determine resilience to disasters that are at risk of occurring as the main mitigation carried out pre-disaster and what steps have been and must be prepared as a form of mitigation during and after a disaster. The research uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques which are carried out based on the data obtained, then the relationship patterns are developed to become hypotheses. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and study of company document literature. Then a descriptive analysis is carried out to conclude that all aspects of the company are ready to face a middle-class disaster and will prepare special procedures for engineering employees who are working in hazardous areas.
