Abstract
Road construction in Indonesia is increasing rapidly every year, one of which is in the construction of toll roads, this activity absorbs an increasing number of workers. Besides that, this activity has the risk of work accidents, therefore the importance of occupational safety and health aspects must always be applied in these activities. This research was conducted to find out whether the occupational safety and health program had an influence on the unsafe behavior of workers in the construction of section II of the Bocimi toll road. This study uses the multiple regression method with a cross-sectional approach to see how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people, each respondent was given 20 statements using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that the effect of work program safety and health factors on workers' unsafe behavior factors is obtained t count = -2.283 > t table = -1.984 and f count = 5.211 > 3.944. This shows that there is an influence of occupational safety and health work program factors on workers' unsafe behavior. Meanwhile, the relationship between work program factors of occupational safety and health and unsafe behavior factors of workers obtained p = 0.025. This shows H1 (there is influence) and the relationship between work safety and health program factors on workers' unsafe behavior.
