Abstract
Currently, there is a campaign to stop smoking in public places or in NonSmoking Areas because smoke can harm people. But there are some people who violate and still smoke in Non-smoking areas such as in Campus or School,
hospital Or in place Government, especially the Government of Indonesia has arranged forbidden places to smoke. So a monitoring system is needed to detect offenders who smoke in no-smoking areas. Cigarette smoke detection system is
madebased internet of face recognition and artificial intelligence technologies. This smoke detection system was designed using a raspberry pi B+, a gas sensor (MQ-7), GPS and camera. The system can change as soon as possible in this area no more than 20 square meters (m2) and the height of the room no more than 3 meters (m). When the sensor releases the cigarette immediately, the system will send a notification to the administrator, in addition, the system also sends photos of smokers who are moved, the system will process and identify the smoker's identity. expected to be implemented to support smart city or smart campus
