The objective achievement of an Enterprise Architecture Planning faced various challenges and changes requiring strategies for effective measures and efficient utilization of resources. One of the most important and increasingly used
strategies is the utilization and enhancement of information system support for the enterprise. The implementation of this strategy is to develop a mission in the information system whose fulfillment requires an integration of direction in
planning, implementation and control that is aligned with enterprise business strategy. The development of strategies for the fulfillment of information system missions starts from planning that identifies the need for information and the
possibility of innovation utilization of technology for enterprise performance enhancement. This plan can utilize the Enterprise architecture planning methodology that generates data architecture, application architecture,
technological architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the Enterprise. Implementation plans in the form of application development and migration/acquisition of technological foundations are elaborated according to business aspects as the main drivers, organizational aspects for the determination of the role of the implementation of resources, information systems environmental aspects and information technology to bridge the conditions of the current systems and to be realized, as well as the development aspects of applications linking one stage development with other development stages
