Abstract

The current sentiment analysis is widely used as a material to know the opinion of the community about things. Using the sentiment analysis we can classify data whether the data includes positive, negative and neutral opinions. There are several phases to perform sentiment analysis, including data collection, preprocessing data, and classifying data. The method used in this research is Naïve Bayes, the result of this research that the Naïve Bayes method can be implemented for analysis of sentiment with the acquisition of data including, accuracy value of 64.04%, positive precission
data 79.6%, negative 18.9% and neutral 58.9%. As for recall data on positive 70%, negative 25%, and natural 64.6%. So it can be concluded that the people of Indonesia in responding to cases covid19 very positive, so that the government can do health protocols very well
