Abstract

Learning at the LKP Bumi Kreatif Institute still uses conventional methods, so learning will not be carried out if students and instructors do not meet face to face. If a natural disaster occurs like the Covid-19 Pandemic, then LKP Bumi Kreatif Institute cannot operate because all compulsory education activities are at home. The author quoted from UNESCO the impact of Covid-19 on world education, namely "In April, 1.6 billion students were closed from schools,
universities and other educational institutions, in order to realize the rate of spread of Covid-19. This figure is about 90% of the total student population in the world [1]”. Thus the authors offer a solution to make a Learning Management
System Application so that the LKP Bumi Kreatif Institut can operate again. Learning Management System is a system for online learning activities that has the scope of administration, delivery of material, and communication. So that learning will be packaged by means of multimedia (text, animation, video, sound) in the LMS will accelerate the process of mastering science and technology which can improve the quality of learning optimally. For this reason, the author will create a Learning Management System Design Building at the Creative Earth LKP Institute, thus in the learning process students do not need to be regulated directly by the instructor
