General election committee of college student is a vessel for leadership organization alteration democratically either at BEM or DPM of university, which the participant of this agenda are all active student who have franchise to elect or being elected. Long range aim and target from this research is establishing of an android application which able to help DPM and KPUM as student precedential committee of general election which applied at Nusa Putra University. According to that, application realisation can acrylate the voting process, vote counting and can
reduce the risk of errors and save costs in holding student presidential elections at the Nusa Putra University campus, in addition, the application uses the geofence method which can only be run in a predetermined environment and radius, where in this study it is in the campus environment.
