Abstract

Games are structured or semi-structured activities that usually aim for
entertainment and can sometimes be used as a means of education (Wahono,
2006). When someone plays a game, that person plays a role, makes decisions,
carries out activities, and experiences the consequences of these activities. The
study of games is a new field in education and research, and allows many other
disciplines to be involved in it. The theme of animals is one of the themes in early
childhood education, which in its delivery can carry out learning media such as
educational games which are expected to be more effective and easier to
understand. Early childhood education must be carried out at the earliest possible
age, because knowledge of science must have begun to be applied to children
