At one type of intersection, namely the unsignalized type of intersection, points of traffic flow conflict are often found which result in traffic jams such as diverging , crossing , and merging (merging). As an example of the case at the
Cisaat market unmarked intersection, traffic congestion at this intersection is predominantly influenced by the number of motorized vehicles such as cars and motorbikes operating at the intersection. So that it often results in congestion which
makes the performance capability of the intersection lower both in terms of capacity, degree of saturation and delay. The level of intersection performance as part of the overall traffic infrastructure network shows the level of service provided to drivers as users. This study aims to: (1) Determine the performance level of the Cisaat three-way intersection in accommodating the volume of vehicles in current
conditions. (2) This is to determine the delay value for the Cisaat intersection. In this study, researchers used methods of quantitative research, namely a process of finding knowledge using data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze
information about what you want to know. In processing the data the writer used the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997) as a comparison in analyzing the field result data. Data collection obtained from the field includes: geometric
conditions, traffic conditions, environmental conditions and vehicle volume. From the results of research and discussion at the intersection with no signal in the Cisaat market, the average width (WI) is 8.7 meters, the total traffic volume (Qtot) is 3694,70 pcu / hour, the capacity (C) is 4181,654 pcu / hour, saturation degree value (DS) 0,9, intersection traffic delay (DTI) 11,42 sec / pcu. Based on the results of the study, the performance of the Cisaat market has a service level with traffic volume conditions near or at its capacity. Unstable current with frequent stoppages
