Abstract

This study aims to determine the traffic volume prediction model on a lowvolume road network that will be used asdevelopment of the road network across the southern island of Java. The method used in this study is a quantitative method in which the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics, with the aim of testing the hypothesis. The results showed that based on the results
of data analysis by looking for the best regression model in the southern Sukabumi area, it was Jampang Kulon sub-district, Cisolok district, and Ciemas district. The following analysis results show that variable The number of population, the number of men, the number of women, the number of sex ratios, the number of families, the average number of people per family, the population density, the area and the gross
regional domestic product all together greatly influence the average daily traffic volume. Human settlements greatly affect the number of road passers. With the
tourism sector, service businesses and commercial activities such as workshops, loading and unloading businesses, super markets, tourist information centers, telecommunications, electricity, health, restaurants, hotels, postal, small industries,
as well as other services that are neatly and well arranged, the southern Java route will be crowded.
