MEDIA KAMPANYE MENJAGA LINGKUNGAN MELALUI MEDIA VISUAL INFOGRAFIS STATIS (Studi Kasus Desa Karang Tengah)

Based on from the emergence of environmental cases that have occurred in
various regions, it cannot be separated from human attitudes and behavior, which
are the implications of the strong anthropocentrism view, which always places
humans and their interests at the center of everything. Info-graphics are
visualizations of data, ideas, information or knowledge through charts, graphics,
schedules and others so that they can be presented as more than just text and have a
strong and more interesting visual impact. In this design, the writer formulates it in a
series of questions in the form of 1) The concept of media campaign design about
protecting the environment, 2) The media campaign design process about protecting
the environment, and 3) The visual analysis of campaign media about protecting the
environment which will be explained directly in the discussion. The method used in
this writing is the method of creation starting from planning, concept writing,
manufacturing process to finishing. As for the data collection technique, the writer
did it through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. Referring to
these problems, the authors make information media in the form of Static Infographics regarding information on how to protect the environment that can be used
as props in delivering information to attract public interest in reading. Visual media
can be used to facilitate understanding and strengthen memory. With the use of
printed graphic media can facilitate the delivery of information to all levels of
society.
